Led Zeppelin History – Aug 12

Today in 1969: On a 2-day break during a North American tour, Jimmy Page flew from Las Vegas to New York to mix some of the upcoming Led Zeppelin II album at A&R Studios with sound engineer Eddie Kramer. The pair completed the mixing of “Bring It On Home”, “Living Loving Maid”, “Heartbreaker” and “What Is And What Should Never Be”.
The album would be released on October 22 of that year.
