Led Zeppelin History – Oct 27

This week in 1979, spurred by massive sales (over 2 million in the first 10 days) of the recently-released In Through The Out Door album, the entire Zeppelin catalog of 9 albums climbed back into the Billboard Top 200 album chart. This lasted through the following week as well. No other artist in American chart history has had so many albums listed in the same week. This beat the previous record for most albums on the chart, set in 1975 by…  Led Zeppelin.
