Led Zeppelin History – April 30

Today in 1977 Led Zeppelin played the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan. The attendance of 76,229 at the show broke the record for a single-act performance (56,800), set in Tampa, FL in May 1973 by – Led Zeppelin. They grossed just under $800,000 for the Silverdome show, also a record at the time.
